Thank raiders and regulars automatically

Shout out an incoming raid, and say thanks for Super Chats and memberships.

Raids arrive when you are mid-sentence and least able to react. These are the lines the bot posts for you.

1. Shout out raids

  1. Open Welcomes & Shoutouts in the sidebar.
  2. Turn on Shout out incoming raids.
  3. Write the raid message. Use the placeholders so it names them.
  4. Set a minimum raid size if you only want it for real ones.

The placeholders are {user} for the raider, {game} for what they last streamed, {viewers} for how many they brought, and {bot} for your bot's name. A message with no placeholders posts the same words every time and reads like a form letter.

2. Welcome people back

  1. Turn on Welcome brand-new chatters and write what the bot should say the first time somebody ever talks.
  2. Turn on Welcome back returning viewers for people you have not seen in a while.
  3. Set how long somebody has to have been quiet before the welcome-back counts as one.

3. Say thanks for money

  1. Further down, set the thank-you lines for YouTube Super Chats and Super Stickers.
  2. Do the same for new members, membership milestones and gifted memberships.
  3. Set the minimum wait between thank-yous so a gifting spree does not flood chat.

The {game} placeholder is Twitch-only. On a Kick or YouTube raid it resolves to nothing, so write the line to still read properly without it - end it rather than building the sentence around it.

There is a last-stream recap option too, posted when you go live, and it can be written by AI in your bot's persona if you have AI chat set up.
