GriddleBot features

One bot across Twitch, YouTube and Kick.

GriddleBot is one bot across Twitch, YouTube and Kick: one set of rules, one chat view, one command list and one set of numbers. You set it up and run it from the free Windows app (macOS and Linux are planned), which you'll need for most features; the bot itself runs in the cloud, so it keeps working when your PC is off. Some things also work in your browser: your overlays, your public pages, Discover, Who to Raid, Collabs and your account settings. Everything below is included on the free plan unless the Pro plan is named.

Platforms

  1. Twitch โ€” chat, moderation, channel points, clips, VODs, polls and predictions, bits and subscriptions
  2. YouTube โ€” live chat, moderation, memberships, Super Chats and Super Stickers, jewels
  3. Kick โ€” chat, moderation, subscriptions, kicks, clips and VODs, raid and host detection
  4. Discord โ€” a GriddleBot Discord bot for go-live announcements, role menus and levels driven by your Griddle points
  5. All three streaming platforms run at once, sharing one rule set, one chat window and one analytics dashboard

Moderation

  1. Automated chat filters: banned words and phrases, links, caps, emote spam, repetition, symbols and zalgo
  2. AI-assisted moderation that catches sarcasm used to harass, dog-whistles and filter evasion (leetspeak, spaced-out slurs, unicode look-alikes), and refers anything uncertain to a human instead of acting alone
  3. Cross-platform ban sync: ban someone on one platform and they are banned on your others
  4. An opt-in community ban list, with reputation scores that weight and decay over time
  5. Ban-evasion detection for returning accounts using altered names
  6. Raid shield and a chat gate for brand-new accounts, with follower and account-age rules
  7. !nuke and !purge to sweep a phrase or a user out of recent chat
  8. Scoped moderator permissions, a dedicated mod dashboard, a full audit log and a public appeals form
  9. Timeouts, bans, unbans, deletions and a moderation feed showing which rule fired and why

Chat, commands and timers

  1. Custom commands with variables, arguments, cooldowns, user levels and per-platform targeting
  2. Timers: scheduled and recurring chat messages, on a time or message-count interval
  3. Auto-FAQ that answers the questions chat keeps asking, from replies you wrote
  4. Command import from other bots, so you do not retype your existing command list
  5. Auto-shoutouts, welcome messages and a go-live recap
  6. An AI chat companion with selectable personalities that replies when viewers talk to it, using your own API key or a managed allowance
  7. A merged live chat view across all three platforms with role badges, inline mod actions, and BetterTTV, 7TV and FFZ emotes

Loyalty, points, shop and games

  1. A channel-points loyalty economy with watch-time earning, a per-viewer rank and a cross-channel leaderboard
  2. A points shop: viewers spend points on rewards you define, with stock limits and fulfilment tracking
  3. Channel-point rewards that fire real actions on Twitch and Kick
  4. Giveaways, with entry rules, weighting and draw history
  5. 19 chat mini-games: riddle, trivia, word scramble, guess the number, emote race, math problem, typing race, higher or lower, price is right, guess the viewer count, who said it?, hangman, chain counting, emote bingo, two truths and a lie, survivor trivia, countdown letters, hypotheticals, useless facts. Riddles, trivia and maths come in five difficulty levels
  6. Hypotheticals: absurd what-if questions for chat to argue about, with no right answer and no points, and separate opt-in switches for hot-take and mature question sets
  7. Useless facts: any viewer can type !fact for one pointless, harmless fact, with its own cooldown so chat cannot spam it
  8. Gambling-style points games with configurable odds and payouts: !gamble, !slots, !duel, and a chat-wide heist
  9. Polls and predictions, quotes, a subathon timer and counters
  10. Song requests from YouTube or Spotify, driven by chat, with a queue and a player

Overlays, alerts and text-to-speech

  1. Stream overlays with a drag-to-position editor: alerts, goal bars, event feeds, chat, leaderboards, countdowns, media, captions and more
  2. Themeable alerts for follows, subs, resubs, gift subs, raids, bits, kicks, Super Chats, jewels and tips, with your own image, sound or video per alert
  3. Goal bars that can be coloured by the platform each sub or follow came from
  4. Text-to-speech for alerts and chat, using your PC's built-in voices or free basic voices with no account
  5. AI text-to-speech voices through your own ElevenLabs, OpenAI or Google key, including any custom voice on your account, plus a managed cloud TTS allowance on Pro
  6. Live captions transcribed on your own PC
  7. OBS browser docks and stream labels written to text files for OBS

Clips, VODs and analytics

  1. Automatic clipping of your best moments, on raids, hype trains and highlights
  2. A !clip command, and clip replay on your overlay
  3. Download your own Twitch and Kick clips and VODs from the desktop app - up to 720p free, up to 4K on Pro
  4. Cross-platform analytics: viewers, retention curves, chat activity and sentiment, followers, subscribers and revenue in one dashboard
  5. Discovery attribution showing where new viewers actually came from

Grow with other streamers: Who to Raid, Collabs and Discover

  1. Who to Raid: other GriddleBot streamers ranked by how many chatters you genuinely share, over the last 7, 30 or 90 days, with when they were last live and the days they usually stream. On Twitch it gives you the /raid line to paste
  2. Collabs: find streamers who are open to collaborations, ranked by how much of your chat audience you share, with their typical audience size, the hours you are both usually live, and filters for platform, game and language
  3. Send a collab request with a message; once it is accepted you can talk it through and propose a time for the session, shown in each streamer's own timezone
  4. A collab board where you post what kind of collab you are after, so other streamers can come to you
  5. Discover: a public directory of streamers using GriddleBot on Twitch, YouTube and Kick, with live channels first, a Live now list, a New this week rail and a filter for streamers open to collabs
  6. For you: signed-in viewers get Discover picks whose chat overlaps with the channels they already follow, each one saying which channel it came from
  7. Your channel appears on Discover once you connect it, and your public profile can show your live stream, when you usually stream and your collab pitch

The Windows app (free, and needed for most features)

  1. OBS scene switching, stream and record toggles, and source control
  2. A soundboard with global hotkeys, and chat triggers that let viewers fire sounds, scenes or keypresses
  3. Voicemeeter audio routing with per-app mixing and live metering
  4. RTMP relay so you can stream from your phone straight into OBS
  5. Macros, hotkeys and offline voice commands
  6. Smart lights that react to your stream: WLED, Philips Hue, Nanoleaf and LIFX
  7. These features run on your own PC because they reach local hardware. Moderation, commands, points, overlays and analytics are set up in the app but run in the cloud, so they keep working when your PC is off.
  8. Some things also work in your browser: your overlays, your public pages, Discover, Who to Raid, Collabs and your account settings.

Automation and integrations

  1. A public REST API with per-user keys
  2. Outbound webhooks, so your own code can react to stream events
  3. Command variables and arguments for dynamic responses without writing code
  4. GriddleBot does not run user-supplied JavaScript inside the app; automation is done through the API, webhooks and command variables instead
  5. Donations and tips through your existing provider โ€” GriddleBot never holds your funds

Plans

Moderation, commands, timers, points, the shop, giveaways, games, overlays, alerts, song requests, the full desktop app and cross-platform analytics are free.
