Let chat play a sound or switch a scene

Map !airhorn to a sound, or !brb to an OBS scene, and let chat press the button.

A chat phrase can make something happen on your PC. GriddleBot stores the rule and the desktop app performs it - which is why the app has to be open. These used to be called Chat Triggers; they are Reactions now, and any you had were moved there for you.

1. Set up the thing you want triggered first - a sound in the app's Soundboard, or a scene in OBS.
2. Open Reactions (in the app's sidebar, or on the website).
3. Start a new reaction and set its trigger to Chat command.
4. Chat command: exactly what viewers type, including any ! - e.g. !airhorn. Then pick who can use it.
5. Action: Play a sound, Switch OBS scene, or Voicemeeter - mute or unmute a strip.
6. Type the sound name, scene name, or strip name.
7. Set a cooldown so it can't fire again straight away.
8. Click Add reaction to save it.

Which one has to match what the app or OBS already calls it. A scene must match character for character - a scene named BRB will not match brb. Sound names ignore capitals, but the spelling still has to match. There is no dropdown and no error - a mistyped target simply does nothing when somebody types the phrase.

Nothing fires while the desktop app is closed. The chat message still arrives at the server, the rule still matches, and then there is nothing on your PC listening to carry it out.

Set a cooldown of at least a few seconds on anything that makes noise. Without one, the first person to discover !airhorn will find out how many times a second they can send it. Triggers work in every platform chat your bot is in.
