Let viewers put clips on your stream

Viewer-submitted videos and images, with an approval queue so nothing surprises you.

Viewers submit a link, you approve it, and it plays on your overlay.

1. In the app, open Community > Media Share in the sidebar (older app versions: Channel Settings > Media Share). It starts on All platforms - pick one platform at the top only if you want it different there.
2. Turn on Enable media share.
3. Set a cost in Channel points per request, or leave it at 0 for free. Despite the name, this charges GriddleBot's own points (Points & Economy), not the platform's channel points.
4. Set Per-viewer cooldown (seconds) so one viewer cannot dominate.
5. Leave Approve each request before it plays ON while you get a feel for it.
6. Add the Media share widget to your overlay - Stream Overlay, Widgets, Add widget - so requests actually appear.
7. Viewers request with !media and a link. Requests wait in Media Requests, also under Content: Play now puts one on stream, Reject drops it.

Turning Approve each request before it plays off means anything a viewer submits goes on your stream unseen. That is your channel and your platform strike - leave it on unless you genuinely trust the room.

Rejecting a request does not give the viewer's points back. Only links from Sites you allow are accepted at all.
