Take donations and tips

Ko-fi or card payments, with alerts on stream - and GriddleBot never holds your money.

Money goes straight from the viewer to you. GriddleBot never holds it - it just hears about the payment so it can thank people and put an alert on screen.

Ko-fi

1. Open Donations in the sidebar.
2. Copy the webhook URL shown there.
3. In Ko-fi, open Settings then API, and paste the URL into the Webhook box.
4. Save on Ko-fi, then send yourself a test tip to confirm the alert fires.

Card payments

1. On the Donations page, click Connect with Stripe.
2. Follow Stripe's setup - they will ask for your details, because they are paying you directly.
3. Once connected, your donation page is live and the link is on the Donations page.

Test with a real small tip before you rely on it. A webhook that was pasted wrong looks identical to one that works until money actually moves.
