Read your stream numbers

Where the charts come from, when they fill in, and how long they are kept.

Nothing here needs setting up. It fills in on its own once you have streamed with GriddleBot connected - this guide is mostly about reading it correctly.

1. Open My Analytics in the sidebar.
2. Your audience across every connected platform is at the top, with the split by platform beside it.
3. Stream summaries gives you a recap card per stream. Pick one on the left, then Share it or Download PNG to post it.
4. Stream-over-stream puts your recent streams side by side - peak viewers, chat and length trending.
5. Retention draws the viewer curve through a single stream and how much of your peak you held to the end.
6. Top emotes shows what your chat actually spams.

Past streams are never back-filled. A stream is recorded only if you went live while GriddleBot was connected, so the history starts the day you set the bot up and there is no way to recover what came before it.

A summary is written about 30 seconds after you end the stream. Closing the dashboard is fine, but if you are checking for it the instant you hit End Stream, it is not late - it has not been written yet.

Analytics are kept for 90 days on the free plan and 400 days on Pro. The CSV downloads at the bottom of the page are a separate thing: they are your raw data to keep, they work whether or not anything is charted, and they are worth grabbing before anything ages out.
